Heartbeat Complete includes the same technical features as Heartbeat Plus. The difference between these two options is the level of support and expert help that is provided throughout the process.
Key features
Dedicated project manager - We help you launch, navigate, and manage the survey process from start to finish. Typically, we set everything up for you the first couple of times, all the while helping you get more familiar with the process. Once you are comfortable, then you can start launching surveys on your own if you want to.

Expert analysis and debriefing - WebEx/phone debriefing of your survey results with one of our experts. This usually lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours the first time, and/or following your annual comprehensive survey. For pulse surveys, we might do a shorter call (30-45 minutes) if you need a refresher or have any questions.

Comprehensive "annual survey" - Entirely optional, highly recommended. Take a deep dive once each year to make sure you have a clear and detailed view of engagement throughout your organization. Then, use the pulsing feature to conduct quick checks throughout the year.

Demographic breakdowns It slices..!   It dices..!   Compare results for different demographic subgroups to pinpoint specific problem areas within your organization. Just copy and paste a spreadsheet of employee details and you will have access to demographic breakdowns for any group with at least 4 completed responses.

Targeted follow-up questions - Every employee who completes the survey will be asked specific targeted follow-up questions based on his/her responses. This means you get detailed qualitative feedback in the areas where you most need it.

Personalized item phrasing - The survey items can be customized to include your company's name and other terminology that is specific to your organization - e.g. "my manager" vs. "my supervisor"

Unlimited pulsing - Conduct an unlimited number of surveys. Repeat as often as you'd like. Once a year or once a month, it's up to you. We recommend repeating every 3-4 months.

Unlimited number of employees - No size limits. Note that a minimum of 30 employees is required.

Optional self-service administration - Fully automated, almost zero effort required. Launch in 5 minutes or less. You control the process and set the schedule.

Incredible analytics - An interactive dashboard that tells you not only how engaged employees are, but also what drives their engagement. Repeat with pulse checks to see whether engagement is increasing or decreasing.

Minimum cost is $300/month for Heartbeat Plus or $450/month for Heartbeat Complete.
Employees added during the year are billed for the entire year from the start of the year.
