Do you provide the survey content?
  Yes, we provide a comprehensive list of categories and items that are suitable for most organizations. You can use our item list as-is or create a customized survey by adding to the list of items that we provide.

Is your survey statistically validated? Is it benchmarked?
  Yes! We have conducted various statistical analyses of our categories and items to ensure that they are statistically valid.

Benchmarking data are provided for our standard categories and items, so you will be able to see how your organization measures up next to other organizations.

Can I use my own survey items? Can I customize the survey?
  Yes! For starters, we always customize the demographic categories/questions to fit each specific organization. From there, you also have the option to add items and categories if needed.

How long will it take before I can start my survey?
  We can have you up and running very quickly. It normally takes 2-3 days to work out the details. If you want to customize the survey items, plan on a bit more time while you work on the changes that you'd like to make.

How long will it take before the results are available?
  You can generate reports on demand at any point in the process.
Dashboard results will be available as soon as you are finished collecting survey responses.

Do you support languages other than English?
  Yes! Our employee survey is currently available in English and Spanish. Other languages are available by request. Respondents can be given the option to select a language when they log in to complete the survey.

Is a paper version available?
  Yes. If you have employees who are unable to complete the survey online, a paper version is available.
