Survey reports are automatically generated in the following formats:- MS Word - An RTF (Rich Text Format) document that opens with MS Word). The RTF report contains raw data and full-color graphs of the sorted survey results. The report can be edited in MS Word before it is printed.
- MS Excel Summary - The MS Excel report contains the raw data for all survey items. Use this report if you want to perform further statistical analysis on the data, sort it in different ways, or create your own charts and graphs.
- Comments Summary - A summary of the comments for survey items that include comments is available as an RTF file or as plain text. The comments are randomly shuffled under each item to preserve the anonymity of respondents.
- - A breakdown of the demographics of your survey respondents.
- Complete Raw Data - This optional report gives you a spreadsheet containing all the raw data for your survey. This report can be imported directly into statistical analysis software such as SPSS.
