If you want to change any part of an existing survey,- From the "Survey Summary" page, click on the survey name. Then click the "edit survey" button." NOTE: If you already have any responses to your survey, regardless of whether they are complete or in progress, you may not be able to edit your survey. This includes test responses that you might have submitted to review your survey. You may need to delete any existing response data by clicking the "clear results" button. This will allow you to edit all components of the survey.
- You will see the same interfaces that you saw when you created the survey. Your existing survey content will already be in place. If you decide to edit a component that was not included in the original survey, the default contents for that component will be provided.
- Make any desired changes to each component of your survey When you are finished, click "Publish Survey".
- If you want to modify demographic questions or survey items, you must delete any existing survey responses before making the changes. To delete all survey responses, select "Survey Summary" and click on the survey name. Then click on the "Clear Results" button. If you have previously generated a report for your survey, you will not be able to delete the existing data. This is a safety feature to prevent people from accidentally deleting their response data.
