To send email to survey respondents, click on "Email Manager" in the Survey Administrator. You will be asked to enter a list if email addresses. Then you will select a message template for the message. The templates include messages that you can use to ask people to complete a survey, remind them to complete a survey, and thank them for completing a survey. After you enter a list of email addresses, that list will be available to you for future email messages that you send so you do not have to re-enter the addresses.
