When you download the MS Word report, you can edit it as you would any Word document. Consider adding your logo and cover page to the report. You should also examine the report to make sure it is formatted correctly. Sometimes the spacing and layout require slight adjustments, depending on the length of your survey items. If you do not have MS Word, you can still download and edit the RTF report, but the formatting might not look entirely correct.
