The Survey Administrator
The CustomInsight Survey Administrator allows you to:

- Monitor the response rate of your survey
- Edit respondent comments for grammar and spelling
- Generate full-color, real-time reports of the survey results in MS Word and MS Excel formats. If you define demographic questions, you can generate reports for any demographic cross-section.

The end-user experience
The design of the survey respondent interface has been tested and tuned to meet the needs of people completing surveys. CustomInsight's surveys are efficient and easy to use. To appreciate the respondent experience, complete a sample survey.
Some highlights of the respondent features include -
- Paper version - If a respondent prefers to complete the survey off-line, he or she can download a paper version of the survey.
- Stopping in the middle of a survey to continue later - While completing a survey, a respondent can stop at any point and recieve a personal code that allows him or her to continue the survey later. As the survey administrator, you can access this code if a respondent is accidentally disconnected from the internet while completing a survey.
- Printing a summary of responses - After completing the survey, respondents can download a summary of their responses.
