Focal EE - History and Company Information |
Focal EE was originally developed in 1999 as one of the first online employee survey systems.
The technology was initially used by top Silicon Valley companies on the leading edge of the Internet revolution. Since that time, the product has evolved through several generations of refinements and improvements.
The technology behind Focal EE is the result of more than 10 years' experience with online employee surveys, and the content was developed by OD consultants with more than 20 years' experience using employee surveys as a basis for organizational change initiatives.
