360 Degree Feedback - Participants and Raters |
The first step in any 360 feedback program is selecting raters for each participant.
Rater lists can be entered by either the participants themselves or by the program administrator. There is no limit to the number of raters that a participant can have.
Available Options:
 Participants enter their own raters
Participants select raters from a pre-loaded
list of names (e.g. all employees)
Administrator enters raters for participants
