	Customized for You Competencies - We provide a comprehensive set of benchmarked, validated 360 competencies, but if you have defined your own competency model, you can use that instead. Reports - We offer a variety of report formats that you can choose from, but we can also customize the report per your requirements. Process - Our "standard" process can be adjusted to meet your specific needs. Anything Else? - There is really no limit to what you can customize. Tell us what you want and we will either make it happen or tell you if we think it is a bad idea.

Each participant can have an unlimited number of raters.

Initial set-up: $750 (one-time fee)

Ongoing: Typical cost starts at US$95 per person receiving feedback.
