Yes, we provide a comprehensive set of 360 competencies that are suitable for most organizations. We also provide some suggested competency templates. You can use our templates or create your own by selecting items from our list. You can even add a few of your own items to our list if you'd like.

Are your competencies validated? Are they benchmarked?

Yes! We have conducted various statistical analyses of our items to ensure that they are valid. However, the real validation comes from years of actual use and refinement by HR consultants and coaches.
Benchmarking data are provided for our standard competencies, so you will be able to see how your managers and leaders measure up next to managers and leaders in other organizations.

Can I use my own competency model or 360 items?

Yes! If you have your own competency model or 360 items, you can easily use those instead of ours. You can also use a combination of our items and yours if you prefer.

How long will it take before I can start conducting 360 feedback?

We can have you up and running very quickly. It normally takes 2-3 days to work out the details and complete the training session. Training only takes about 40 minutes over the phone. The entire process is so simple that you will be an "expert user" in under an hour.

How long will it take before the results are available?

Reports are sent out automatically the day after the feedback period is completed - you specify the end date and where the reports are sent. As an administrator, you can also generate reports on demand at any point in the process.

Do you support languages other than English?

Yes! We currently offer feedback forms in English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, and Dutch. Other languages are available by request. Raters can be given the option to select a language when they log in to provide feedback.
