Reporting Features


For participants and raters, the feedback process is broken out into two phases.

Phase 1: Rater Lists

During the first phase, we focus on selecting the raters who will provide feedback to each participant. You can choose to have each employee select their own raters, or you can have each manager select raters for their direct reports. As the program administrator, you also have full access to each participant's rater list. You can add or remove raters yourself as needed.

It normally takes about 7-10 days to complete this phase. A reasonable goal is to have at least 90% of the rater lists completed before proceeding to phase 2.

Phase 2: Providing Feedback

Once most of the rater lists have been completed, we proceed to phase 2, where each employee is asked to complete a list of "feedback tasks". The tasks will include a self rating for all employees who are receiving feedback, manager ratings for all employees who have direct reports, and any "other" ratings (e.g. peer, subordinate) that they have been asked to complete.

The status of each rating request is displayed, and employees can log in at any time before the designated deadline to provide additional feedback.

It normally takes about 3 weeks to complete this phase of the 360 feedback process. The program manager can send automatic reminders at any time, and also extend the end date if necessary.
